Sing in Me, Muse

The inspiration for this music is directly sourced from my recent reading of The Odyssey. In this composition, I have dissected what I think to be some of the many important events in the epic and composed short musical scenes for each of them. The piece tells the story of The Odyssey through Odysseus’ eyes at the moments I believe to be most pivotal. Premiered at the University of North Texas, March 25, 2018
